Evey is a dog that was bred by Prairiestorm Kennels. Her parents are Hawk and Ruby. She is a beautiful yellow female with nice bone structure. Evey is a very gentle and calm dog with a definite "off switch" so makes a great family companion. She loves to retrieve and has a very gentle mouth. She is one of those dogs that has a lot of natural ability and as a puppy just seemed to know what to do. The first time a bumper was thrown for her she just automatically ran to it, picked it up, and gently carried it back to me. Evey is also very intelligent and if you show her something a couple times she understands and tries to please you. We hope to start competing in hunt tests with Evey in the summer of 2012. Her puppies will make great active family pets, hunting/hunt test dogs, agility, or search/rescue.
